How long does it take to set up the hosting?
You will be up and running almost instantly. In some cases it can take a couple of days to register a domain and point it to your hosting package.
Can you move my website from my existing provider?
If you are still able to access your website files then yes, we are able to take care of the move for you.*
*Sites we cannot migrate over are mainly from “closed source” website builder software, this includes: Wix, BaseKit, Four Square and Mr Site.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth allowance?
We will notify you by email with instructions on how to upgrade when you reach 80, 90, 95 and 100% of your bandwidth allowance.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No, we do not tie our clients into contracts. If you would like to move away from us you are able to cancel your service at any point.
Do I need Windows or Linux hosting?
If you are asking, almost certainly Linux Hosting. 99% of the websites hosted with us run Linux hosting (including WordPress, Magento and most self-built websites). Windows hosting is generally used by specialist applications.
