Black Knights came to us because they needed a new website – but after discussions with them about their business they left with a system that not only looked good, but that also streamlined their business.
Having previously relied on paper forms, people can now book and pay online and they can also fill out their waiver forms, check in and buy gift vouchers too.
The new website has reduced phone calls to their office and is saving them considerable time now that some many customers can do their admin via the new website. Not only that, but Black Knights now have secure managed hosting, meaning that they can relax, safe in the knowledge that their site is working well all the time.
