We always get great feedback from initial site builds, which is fantastic, but we often wonder how people are getting on once the glitter and glam of a new site has settled. So I asked Paul at Bay Transfers, a local airport taxi hire specialist based in Heysham, how things were going for them, after having their new website for 6 months.

I can’t believe it has been 6 months since our new website went live already!!!!
Thanks for checking in with us and asking how things are, but to be honest we have regular progress reports/chats with you guys and that is one of the main reasons we chose to work with you guys and not go with some overseas company, which we had done in the past. (Big mistake)
Anyway as far as the new site goes it has met and exceeded all of our expectations and the enquiries are coming in thick and fast which is what we asked from you guys, now it is up to us to turn those enquiries into bookings which we are doing extremely well thanks to the image that our new website portrays and word of mouth recommendation. I will go as far to say that we have all vehicles running at capacity on the run up to the summer holidays and the bookings already stretch into 2017, it won’t be long before we are looking at extra vehicles/drivers to cope with the increased workload.
So again I’d like to say a big thank you to Mark and his team at Urban-Attic for making it a stress free design/build/implementation of our new site, I only wish I’d have used these guys the 1st time around!
